DESCRIPTION
Our company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Country Manager. This person will be responsible for managing of the operations of the company within Guyana. This involves taking responsibility for profit, growth, delinquency control and achievement of set targets. The responsibilities of the Country Manager will also include coordinating the overall corporate strategy with operations, human resources management, finance, marketing and managing relations with the countries legal, banking, regulatory and economic authorities.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
– Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a leadership or senior management position.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Knowledgeable in the operation of a financial institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives
Direct and coordinate the daily functions of the company.
Develop team by recruiting, training and motivating.
Manage all levels of staff activity and performance.
Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Have frequent meetings with management team to provide update reports.
