Position: General Manager
Location: D’Edward Village, West Bank Berbice

Role and Responsibilities:

The General Manager will spearhead the Company’s vision, ensuring the development and execution of long-term strategies to maximize shareholder value. Serving as a pivotal leadership role, the General Manager will be the principal decision-maker for daily operations, oversee the implementation of the company’s plans, and act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, Management, Shareholders, Employees, and other key Stakeholders.

Qualifications And Experience:
1. Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management or leadership roles.
3. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities.
4. Track record of designing and implementing efficient organizational structures.
