DESCRIPTION
Manage and oversee the company’s fire insurance portfolio
Help build out the Fire insurance team and create training materials, writing standard operating procedures, documenting best practices, and driving the adoption of new procedures
Hands-on person with good communication skills and proven supervisory skills
Resilient, possesses a sense of urgency and work well under demanding timeline
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or Finance from a recognized institution
Must be computer Literate (QuickBooks Proficiency)
Good interpersonal skills
At least 5 Years’ Fire insurance experience at a managerial position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess the risks of all Fire insurance policies
Conduct Fire insurance inspections
Review control reports to certify compliance with regulatory practices
Actively works to establish processes that are proactive, efficient and cost-effective
Update senior management by preparing reports on the progress of the department
