DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for managing the inventory of automotive spare parts, helping technicians and customers find the right parts, and maintaining accurate records. Your passion for automotive parts and your in-depth knowledge will be a valuable asset to our team.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent customer service skills

Communication and interpersonal skills

Professional and friendly

Knowledge of Vehicle Parts

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Selling parts to outside customers.

Checking system for availability of parts.

Booking parts from the warehouse.

Collecting and delivering parts to customers.

Processing invoices for payment.

Processing orders from Service Centre, if parts are not available, preparing orders for outsourcing.

Providing customers with advice and guidance regarding their parts.

Answering phone calls and giving price quotations, among other information requested by the customer.
