DESCRIPTION
We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Front Desk Receptionist. Interested applicants must be able to work weekends and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would have:
A sound Secondary education with at least five (5) CXC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English
Computer Literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service
A pleasant personality and good organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Front Desk Receptionists will be expected to have various duties such as:
Making room reservations
Record keeping
Answering and directing phone calls
Responding to enquiries
Assisting guests with information
