PBS Guyana Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Technical Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to our customers. The Pre-Sales Technical Specialist will work closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and articulate technical value propositions.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role.
• Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Conduct technical needs assessments and propose customized solutions to meet customer needs.
• Engage with customers to answer technical questions and address concerns.
• Highlight the technical advantages of our products over competitors.
• Development of technical proposals and RFP responses.
