REQUIREMENTS
Five (5) subjects CXC grade 1-3 ( Inclusive of Mathematics and English)
Good communications skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that all incoming calls are dispatched, with minimal delay, to respective employees.
Make calls as requested by employees, once satisfactorily justificed.
Record all incoming and outgoing calls in the log book.
To ensure that all mails and or packages are dispatched to the various departments promptly.
To submit to the manager a daily report of customer feedback taken from calls made through the switchboard.
To make calls to competitors as part of the department’s marketing intelligence.
Ensure that requests for personal calls are kept to a minimum and that cells should not exceed more than 80 seconds.
Taking messages when employees are not available and giving reminders to follow up with calls.
To always uphold a positive and friendly image to our customers and always promote Metro’s products, services and render prompt, reliable, and efficient service.
