TELESALES : LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST – Solar Media Team

The Solar Media Team is a marketing company located in Providence. We our currently partnered with several different solar companies across the USA. Our job is generate leads for the solar companies. We do this via telemarketing using opt-in data and an outbound dialer. Training is provided to all employees. We try to encourage a very positive, goal-orientated workplace. We work Monday through Friday from 10 a..m. – 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. The pay consists of hourly wages and commission for all leads generated. Bonus money is also a big part of our culture as we try and give agents the opportunity to leave with money everyday, not just on pay day. We do not cap earnings. Agents determine their own pay based on how many hours they work and how many leads they generate.

REQUIREMENTS
Be able to provide NIS card, National ID card, and all other required documents for the onboarding process.

Any sales experience is a big plus.

Must be motivated and display a strong work ethic at all times.

Have a positive attitude.

Be reliable and have a way to work.

Computer literate. Must know how to operate a computer without issues

Have a clear speaking voice so customers can understand you.

Able to promote a drama-free workplace.

Must be open to training to advance your skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Attendance must be consistent. All agents must work the shifts they have committed to. 40+ HOURS.

Scripting guidelines must be followed. The quality of our work is very important and instant feedback is provided to agents.

Proper effort is always required. Agents and management are expected to work together and generate as many leads as possible.

REMUNERATION/BENEFITS
Pay is done per fortnight, though weekly pay is an option.

Pay consists of hourly wages plus commission. Hourly pays starts at $350 an hour. 40 hours a week is required.

Commission is paid on a all valid leads. There is a tiered structure in place, meaning the more you produce, the more money you male per lead.

Room for growth is available. Agents can be promoted to team leaders or supervisors. Supervisors can be promoted to managers. As the company grows, the goal is for employees to grow with it
