DESCRIPTION
Initially, Medical billing is the process of generating healthcare claims to submit to insurance companies for the purpose of obtaining payment for medical services. As a part of medical billing, we are going to deal only with Patients – Provider Relationship.

SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS OFF

REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 3 CXC passes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions asked.

Getting prior information before taking the complaint.

Must be affective to give answers for Insurance/Patient.

Assist patients and their insurance carriers to resolve account balances.

Access each legacy account and take the appropriate actions.

Verbal Communication is the most important part of the role.

E-mail’s will play a vital role and should be able to acknowledge it ASAP.
