vacancy exists for statistical Supervisor, within the National insurance Scheme-Guyana.
The post of statistical Supervisor is permanent and pensionable and an attractive remuneration is offered.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the preparation of charts on organizational trends and other statistical information necessary for actuarial assessment as well as for the dissemination of information requested by authorized bodies within and outside of Guyana.
• Controls the collection, tabulation and compilation of statistical information relating to the National insurance Scheme.
• Examines work for neatness, exactness and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Submits tabulated data for inclusion in the Annual Report of National insurance Board and for use in carrying out actuarial assessments.
• Makes statistical information available to authorized bodies within and outside of Guyana in tabular, graphical or any other approved form at as required.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in statistics or Economics as well as training in Statistical Analysis and Data Collection and 5-4 years’ experience in a related field.
