To sell the complete range of Company’s products, ensuring good customer service and satisfaction, while promoting increased sales and market share and maintaining a professional image on behalf of Associated Brands Guyana Inc.

REQUIREMENTS
General Requirements

Candidate must have the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications and experience

– Holder of a valid lorry license
– 5 CSEC/CXC subjects including Math and English
– Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
– Computer literate

RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales budgets set on a monthly basis

2. At every service call, ensure that the following is adhered to:-

a) Rotation of goods
b) Maintaining sufficient stock in the van in order to fill the requirements of customers
c) Installation of posters and other advertising material
d) Installation of display equipment, ensuring that only Company products are displayed on said equipment
e) Merchandising of Company’s products and ensuring stocks are properly merchandised
f) Ensure goods received by customer are in keeping with invoice issued
g) Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes, if any
3. Promote sales by ensuring that customers are services weekly

4. Receive and resolve customer complaints and report all such complaints to management

5. Manage and be accountable for sales proceeds and daily inventory

6. Ensuring collections for credit customers are received on a timely basis

7. Deposit sales proceeds daily

8. Increase customer base by seeking new customers

9. Ensure that goods issued by the warehouse corresponds with inventory request

10. Track and monitor competitors products and activity

11. Ensure and maintain proper rotation on trucks

12. Be physically capable of loading and unloading stock from van

13. Be responsible for supervision and discipline of sales assistants

14. Maintain and secure the company’s vehicle, stock, sales machines and any other company property in your possession
