We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to provide support to our internal operations.
REQUIREMENTS
· A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
· A business degree
· Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Manager in a technical environment.
· Excellent knowledge of the market and trends within the technology sector.
· Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
· Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
· Strategic thinking ability and the capability to identify innovative solutions to business challenges
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop strategic plans to increase market share and identify new business opportunities.
· Analyze market trends, competition, and technological developments to drive the company forward.
· Collect, analyze, and report relevant market and customer information.
· Translate technical capabilities into business opportunities and value propositions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
· Identify collaboration opportunities and build strategic alliances.
· Lead the acquisition process from start to finish, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
· Translate technical specifications into understandable value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
· Act as a bridge between technical teams and customers to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal departments (in Suriname and Guyana), including marketing, product development, and operations, to achieve common goals.
· Clearly and effectively communicate business objectives and progress to the leadership team.
