Floor It, a leading provider of flooring solutions, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative operations and ensuring efficient workflow at our Coverden location.
REQUIREMENTS
· Sound Secondary Education- At least a Grade 2 pass in both Mathematics and English. Office Administration would also be welcomed.
· Previous experience in Inventory Management
· Attention to Detail
· Problem Solving Skills
· Administrative Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring reorder levels and Storeroom Procurement.
Monthly Perpetual Counts
Providing Excellent Customer Experience
Preparing delivery notes, invoices and arrange the deliveries of local orders.
Utilizing Odoo software; preparing vouchers, sales orders and purchase orders.
Occasionally assist the HR manager with filing and documentation.
REMUNERATION/BENEFITS
Starting Salary- 100,000 gross.
