VACANCY
DESCRIPTION
The successful applicant will be required among other duties to design structures and accompanying layouts, following construction safety guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with five (5) years’ experience in a management role
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, regulations and AutoCAD
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to lead a team and work flexible hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence
- Provide technical support on safe designs that are aesthetically pleasing
- Monitor on-site construction processes, and collaborate with contractors
- Prepare budgets and track the progress of projects
