COOK – Pacific Leopard International Trading Inc.

Description

We are seeking an experienced cook (preferably female) to join our team here at Pacific Leopard International Trading Inc. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing meals and cooking a variety of dishes all while ensuring that the meals are prepared in a clean and timely manner.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (Sundays are optional).

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience as a cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Communication: Effectively communicate and work with others.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Skills: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations with a good understanding of different cooking techniques and cuisine.

Main responsibilities include:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals following recipes and quality standards for staff and office pets.
• Management of Groceries: Manage ingredients and kitchen supplies, including maintaining and restocking to ensure the availability of necessary items.
• Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including correctly handling, cooking, and storing food products.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining room, including proper cleaning and storing of utensils and equipment.
• Quality: Monitor food quality and presentation making adjustments as needed to maintain a consistent level including adhering to any dietary needs or requests from staff.
