Xpress Business Solutions (XBS) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and building strong relationships with current and prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with the Operations team to align business growth strategies with company objectives. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong analytical and negotiation skills, capable of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Development, Sales, or Project Management (Not a requirement but a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a professional services or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of generating new business, growing client portfolios, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong background in client relationship management and client onboarding processes.
- Creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and close deals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve and exceed business development goals.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically about the company’s business goals and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
As Business Development Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand XBS’s client base.
- Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, target clients, and emerging business opportunities.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and other business development materials for prospective clients.
- Collaborating with the Operations Coordinator to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
- Managing client onboarding processes and ensuring smooth transitions into our service offerings.
- Tracking and reporting business development metrics and progress to the leadership team.
