Description
· Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
· Handle cash and cheque transactions with customers
· Ensure pricing is correct before receiving payments
· Assisting customers with their balance details
· Issue change, receipts, or refunds
· Daily balancing of cash register
Requirements
- High school diploma, at least three subjects CXC maths and English included
- 1- 2 years experience within the field
- Proficient use of QuickBooks
- Knowledge in Microsoft office suite
- At least 2 years experience within similar field
- Must have a valid driver’s Licence
Responsibilities
· Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
· Maintaining receipts and records of withdrawals.
· Assist with filling within the department
· Assist with any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
