CSR WELLNESS ASSOCIATE – Universal Games

Provide prompt, friendly and courteous service while assisting customers in the wellness store.

Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.

Experience with sales

Bilingual – Spanish

Experience working in a retail environment

Passionate about health and wellness – nutrition , supplements or interested in learning .

Open to learning about spirtuality , buddhism and eastern way of living

Maintain a positive and professional attitude to customers

Must be organized and keep a clean environment

Strong communication skills and ability to explain products to customers

Strong Computer skills

Ability to work independently

Proficient cash-handling skills

Merchandise and Inventory duties

Monday -Thursday 10 – 6 / 12-8 shift inter-changes weekly.

Friday- Sunday 10 – 6:30, 1 – 930 shift inter-changes weekly
