• Proven experience as a cleaner in both commercial and residential settings.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned properties, including offices, homes, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• As per established cleaning protocols, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Dispose of waste and maintain proper sanitation practices.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management.
• Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with other team members.
