Responsibilities
What You’ll Do as a Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for contacting companies that fit our parameters and obtain the direct contact information for decision makers. By doing this you will aid the rest of the sales team in their strategic efforts to win business.
How You’ll Do It
- Actively researching and seeking out target companies that meet our profile.
- Utilizing Hubspot CRM to cross-reference information & log new data
- Use the team playbook as a guide for our processes
- Negotiate with automated phone systems & front desk representatives to get to decision-makers
- Accurately fill out contact form & record data promptly
- Strategically gather additional, relevant information about the company & decision-making process
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment and collaborate on initiatives
- Proactively identify and solve problems
