FRONTLINE TEAM MEMBER – Mezze Inc.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Frontline Team Members to join our team. As a Frontline Team Member, you will the the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will including assisting customers, maintaining the concession’s appearance, and ensuring a positing dining experience.

• Previous experience in customer servicing or dine-in restaurants is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.

• Greet customers and offer assistance.
• Provide information about menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including resetting tables and assisting with restocking as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a comfortable and hospitable dining environment.
