CASHIER – Mezze Inc.

We are seeking friendly and reliable Cashiers to join our team. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Your primary duties will include handling payments, assisting customers and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Friendly and positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Handle cash, credit and debit transactions using the cash register and point-of-sale system.
• Greet customers and provide assistance with their purchases.
• Ensure pricing is accurate and process returns and exchanges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Assist with restocking frontline when needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and customer service.
