SALES REPRESENTATIVE – Silvie’s Industrial Solutions

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Silvie’s Industrial Solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to learn and grow within our organization. This position requires the candidate to lift and deliver items weighing up to 40-50 lbs.

1. Minimum of 5 subjects at C.X.C including Mathematics and English.
2. Technical skills in our products will be an asset.
3. Computer literacy is essential.
4. Previous work experience in sales will be an asset.
5. Must be willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
6. Must be physically fit to assist in the delivery of items.
7. Must possess a valid police clearance.

1. Conduct sales activities to meet targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
2. Collect prospective customers’ contact information and maintain a database.
3. Ensure the sales process is followed consistently and propose improvements as needed.
4. Monitor department stock levels, initiate daily stock requisitions, and notify the purchasing department of low or fast-selling items.
5. Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
6. Attend all required training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
7. Assist in the delivery of items to customer vehicles or premises as needed.
8. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales goals set by the company.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:45 am – 4:30 pm, Saturday: 8:15 am – 12:30 pm

Compensation: This will be discussed in the interview.
