Description
The Marketing Assistant/Office Assistant's responsibilities include taking calls from customers and vendors, helping maintain files to keep track of important documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Associate degree in Chemistry and Biology would be an asset
- The candidate must possess at least 5 CSEC subjects, including Mathematics and English
- The candidate must also possess at least 2 CAPE subjects in Chemistry and Biology
- Effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports.
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
