Description
As a Safety & Quality Officer / Technical Librarian, you will support the Safety & Quality Department in managing the Safety & Quality Management Systems and Technical Library. You will assist with document drafting, amendments, and ensure compliance with Document Management Procedures. This role requires flexibility in diverse environments, along with a commitment to teamwork within the Correia Group of Companies.
Requirements
- At least 5 Subjects at CSEC inclusive of Mathematics and English.
- Working experience in an Administrative Department (would be an asset)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Suite.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective and efficient technical support to the Safety and Quality department.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of all documents to both internal and external organizations in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain an effective and efficient Technical Library system.
