Plan and schedule jobs for internal and external customers.
Requirements
· At least five (5) CSEC subjects with 1-2 years’ experience of repair services/projects/technical/mechanical background OR
· Certificate or Diploma in Business Management or Management with 2-4 years’ experience of repair services or projects.
Responsibilities
· Prepare the weekly work plan based on the priorities for the different sections within the service department.
· Make modifications to the daily/weekly plan based on the progress of the jobs.
· Coordinate with customers about the logistics for the execution of field services.
· Provide feedback to customers about the execution date and estimated completion date for the job.
· Manage service request schedule software for all service requests from customers internally and externally.
