CUSTOMS SUPERVISOR – Machinery Corporation of Guyana Ltd.

Supervise the activities of the Customs Department.

·         Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management

·         At least five (5) CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English

·         3-5 years’ experience in a similar field.

·         ASYCUDA access/knowledge.

·         Knowledge of Turbo Broker program will be an asset.

·         Brokerage license would be an asset.

·         Valid driver’s license.

·         Clear parts at the airport & prepare export entries.

·         Prepare claims for damaged parts.

·         Prepare import and export licenses.

·         Prepare booking & shipping details for export parts.

·         Visit GRA customs to lodge entries.

·         Process shipments in ASYCUDA.

·         Oversee smooth operation of the customs department.

·         Create work plans for staff.

·         Ensure timely receipt/shipping of all items.
