SALES REPRESENTATIVES (PHARMACEUTICAL) – BPI Guyana Inc.

• Sales quota and targets are achieved
• The frequency and nature of unresolved legitimate service complaints from customers are minimized
• Collections targets are made
• A satisfactory working relationship is encouraged and developed with all the employees are espoused and guided by group and company values

• A minimum of Five (5) CXC passes inclusive of Mathematics & English
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar or related position Or a relevant combination of training and experienced
• MUST BE DRIVING

• Promoting and selling the division products, continuously seeking new opportunities for introducing products to customers
• Placing customer’s orders and following up on the delivery of products
• Handling customer’s questions, complaints, and billing queries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Managing customer’s accounts within the limits of the credit facilities offered to them, following company policy
• Collecting revenue and making adjustments to customers’ accounts if necessary
• Keeping management informed by submitting activity reports such as:- daily visit reports and territory analyses that align to their respective routes set by the acting manager
• Monitoring in-store displays of products to ensure the visibility of products
• Over-seeing day-to-day activities to merchandisers within a stipulated geographical area, ensuring that all accounts are serviced according to schedule
• Verifying inventory wherever the company’s products are sold and ensuring that the availability of the product
• Assisting in implementing advertising/promotional campaigns
• Continually maintaining a working knowledge of all company’s products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Making recommendations according to customers’ needs
• Maintaining and sharing working knowledge of competitors’ products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Objectively managing returns from the trade within the company’s policies
• Performs other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the company
