• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Support skilled tradespeople on-site.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
