We are seeking a talented and experienced Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing the team, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Customer service and management training are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in front office or hospitality management (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front desk team, fostering a collaborative, team-player culture.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet hotel service standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, including check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest services.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly.
  • Monitor room availability, revenue, and occupancy levels, optimizing performance.
  • Maintain proper billing, payment processing, and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure front office staff comply with uniform policies, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the front desk area to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports for management on performance, revenue, and guest feedback.
