HOUSEKEEPER – Aspire+ Hotel

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. This role ensures a welcoming and hygienic environment, providing an exceptional experience for hotel guests.

• Abled bodied.
• Sound secondary school education.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including changing bed linens, vacuuming floors, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and other supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
• Conduct inspections of rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle the hotel’s laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing and folding linens and towels.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms or public areas to the Manager.
• Manage lost and found items by documenting and storing them securely.
• Provide assistance to guests with their requests or concerns related to room amenities and cleanliness.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
