CLIENT OUTREACH COORDINATOR – G Assist Guyana

We’re looking for a highly organized Client Outreach Coordinator to book calls, follow up with leads, and manage client communications across Instagram and iMessage, ensuring timely fulfillment of tasks.

• Proven experience in client outreach and communications.
• Familiarity with Slack, iMessage, and Instagram/Meta Business Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Book calls with potential leads via Instagram and iMessage.
• Promptly follow up with leads through Instagram and iMessage.
• Conduct outreach to leads on Instagram.
• Maintain communication with clients and the internal team to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
