The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflows across departments, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing inventory, streamlining processes, leading teams, and implementing strategies to achieve operational excellence and business goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in office administration, business administration, business management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in management or a similar role, with a strong track record of leading teams and managing operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee the entire sales and service process, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate staff across sales, service, and administrative functions.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and foster professional development.
- Build a cohesive and results-driven team through effective communication and leadership.
Customer Service
- Ensure a customer-centric approach by addressing client needs and resolving complaints promptly.
- Develop and enforce service quality standards to enhance customer experiences.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, revenue growth, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Provide regular operational and financial reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer data.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Leverage technology and tools to improve workflow and data management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
