MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL – Ramada Princess Guyana

Description

A Maintenance Personnel, is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment.

Requirements

Desirable:
1. High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
2. Fluency in job related English, both verbal and non-verbal.
3. Certification or completion of seminars for specialized training.
4. Ability to perform basic carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
