Creating sales strategies for sales staff
Requirements
Design oriented; a know how of putting patterns and colors together.
Willingness to learn both designing and technical information.
Adaptive

Customer oriented

Patience
Driver license is a bonus.
Responsibilities
Products are displayed properly and well stocked
Making reports on sales feedback
Assist customer in calculations
Ability to upsell and introduce services to customer
Visit clients & construction sites
Follow through with clients from the beginning of the process to final installation.
Remuneration/Benefits
High Commission after personal sales quota is met.
$55,000 per week after minimum commission payout.
