Requirements
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- At least five CXC Subjects
Responsibilities
- To provide administrative and clerical support to our organization.
- Excellent written, computer and communication skills.
- Transcribes hand-written notes and voice recordings, as needed.
- Interact with clients professionally at all times.
- Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, printing, emailing and answering calls courteously and professionally.
- Ensure all office supplies are maintained and inform management of any issues or requirement.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Any other duties that may arise from time to time.
