Requirements

  •     Previous clerical experience preferred
  •     At least five CXC Subjects

Responsibilities

  •     To provide administrative and clerical support to our organization.
  •     Excellent written, computer and communication skills.
  •     Transcribes hand-written notes and voice recordings, as needed.
  •     Interact with clients professionally at all times.
  •     Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, printing, emailing and answering calls courteously and professionally.
  •     Ensure all office supplies are maintained and inform management of any issues or requirement.
  •     Proactive approach to problem solving.
  •     Any other duties that may arise from time to time.
