Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A dynamic and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen interest in smart gadgets and technology (experience in this field is a plus).
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is an asset.
• CXC – 5 subjects or Certificates in any information technology field.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude, creating an inviting store environment.
• Provide expert guidance on our wide range of smart gadgets and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s success.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest gadgets and trends in technology to share your knowledge with customers.
