Requirements

Responsibilities
- Data Input: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets. Transcribe information from various sources such as paper documents, audio files, or digital formats.
- Data Verification:Verify data accuracy and completeness by cross-checking against source documents. Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data entries.
- File and Record Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval and reference. Ensure that sensitive or confidential information is handled securely and in compliance with organizational policies.
- Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies or issues.
Documentation and Reporting:Generate reports, summaries, or documentation based on the entered data.
Assist in preparing data for analysis, presentations, or decision-making. - System Navigation:Operate various software tools and systems, including data entry platforms, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
Learn and adapt to new data management tools as required.
Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Respond to requests for data retrieval or clarification from team members or management. - Time Management: Meet deadlines and productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Adherence to Policies: Follow organizational policies, including data security, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Stay updated with any changes in data entry processes or tools. - Support and Assistance: Provide administrative support, such as scanning, photocopying, or organizing documents as needed.
Assist in training new team members on data entry procedures and software.
