Description
A strategic partner who aligns HR practices with the organization’s overall goals. They are responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Managing the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Managing employee performance evaluations.
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
