FINANCE MANAGER – Caribbean International Distributors Inc

The Finance Manager at Caribbean International Distribution Inc., will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong leadership in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as a commitment to maintaining the fiscal health of the organization. The Finance Manager will work closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the FMCG or distribution sector.
• Strong knowledge of Guyana’s tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide informed recommendations and decisions.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in managing the finances of an international or large-scale organization.
• Knowledge of import/export financial processes and inventory cost management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
