MAINTENANCE / HANDYMAN – King’s Hotel & Residences

Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker  to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.

Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is an asset. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina, provide general assistance to the supervisors in property management as directed. Work cooperatively with other coworkers.

Requirements

Candidate must have handyman experience, a good working knowledge of basic maintenance practices and a high standard of personal cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Cleaning, lifting and carrying objects, assisting in sanitation aspects and other related duties.

Upkeeping the patio/yard area and clearing garbage.

Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, painting, replacing light bulbs etc.

Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.

Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)

Collaborate with workers and other professionals whenever necessary.
