Job Summary: Eve Anderson Recruitment Guyana Inc. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building client relationships and providing professional recruitment services. This role involves screening, interviewing, and placing suitable candidates, managing client requisitions, and ensuring all recruitment policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Certification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Relevant working experience in lieu of formal certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection activities.
- Knowledge of industrial relations and sales experience is an asset.
Working Environment:
- Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week.
- Saturdays may be required.
- External visits may be required.

Responsibilities
- Actively solicit and respond to client requests by screening, interviewing, and placing suitable candidates.
- Manage client requisitions for permanent or temporary staff, ensuring all necessary agreements and job descriptions are in place.
- Utilize various recruitment resources to pool candidates for existing and potential clients.
- Track requisitions and follow up with clients and candidates to meet agreed timelines.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with selected candidates.
- Verify candidates as per client requirements.
- Prepare employment contracts and documents for selected candidates.
- Maintain and update client and candidate files.
- Generate placement reports for submission to the Operations Manager.
- Liaise with the Operations Manager on client contracts and proposals.
- Engage new clients through networking and follow up with existing clients and candidates to build strong business relationships.
- Support social media projects and assist in special projects and events as required.
