Description

In this role, you will support to the Technical Services team and complete repairs efficiently, thereby enhancing the company’s customer service standards.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Certificate in Mechanics/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Able to meet deadlines
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• A strong work ethics and integrity
• Knowledge of computer repairs
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Repair all jobs assigned to you within the stipulated time frame
• Liaise with customers to finalize scheduling dates and times
• Receive and take responsibility for spare parts required for repairs
• Write clear resolutions on the Service Request document upon completion of a job
• Complete the Technician’s Daily Productivity Sheet
• Accurately diagnose and record part numbers for parts ordering
• Ensure that parts are properly looked after
• Ensure that both company and customer goods are well cared for while in your possession
• Receive spare parts with the Senior Stock Clerk
• Contact customers and Customer Relations Representatives to schedule or reschedule appointments
• Report any accidents involving the motor vehicle for which you are responsible
• Ensure daily checks are performed on the vehicles (complete the form)
• Ensure defective parts are returned to the Senior Stock Clerk
• Ensure the customer’s item and work area are cleaned upon completion of the job
• Ensure customers sign the SR document after the completion of the job
• Report any gas leaks, fire hazards, or other potential dangers for immediate attention
• Performs any other related duties that may be assigned to you by the Technical Service Manager
