Description
The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, organizations, schools, and other stakeholders. This role involves building relationships, identifying potential clients, and ensuring a steady increase in sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of mental health services, and the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and word processing tools.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or mental health sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically.
- Knowledge of mental health and counseling services is a significant advantage.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in sales approaches.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and outreach programs.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development:
– Promote and sell psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, corporate clients, educational institutions, and healthcare providers.
– Identify new opportunities and market segments for service expansion.
– Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
– Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
– Act as a point of contact for clients seeking information about the services offered. - Marketing and Outreach:
– Organize and participate in mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, and seminars to promote services.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media campaigns. - Needs Assessment and Customization:
– Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate therapy packages or counseling sessions.
– Customize solutions to suit the unique needs of organizations or groups. - Market Research and Reporting:
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
– Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
