Demerara Distillers Limited & Subsidiaries (DDL) is seeking applications from interested persons with the requisite qualifications and experience, to fill the position of Handyman. 

Requirements

•   Experience in a similar area of work would be an asset.
•   Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•   Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

•   Maintain grounds, exterior environment, and other concrete surfaces.
•   Perform basic tasks including minor painting, changing light bulbs, and cleaning windows and doors.
•   Report on the need for any maintenance repairs.
•   Regularly check the assigned area to identify issues with litter and ensure that they are cleaned on time.
•   Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots, walkways, and entrances.
