Description

This position is responsible for billing services supervision in all patient accounts and claims processing through the standard billing services. We are supposed to take in-bound calls from patients and assist them with their questions regarding their account. We should also be ready to make outbound calls if necessary.

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

*Solving issues.

*Provide knowledgeable answers to questions.

*Setting payment expectations.

*Arranging payments and requesting information from patients.

*Assist patients and their insurance carriers to resolve open account balances.

*Assess each account and take the appropriate actions

*Verbal Communication is the most important part of PFS.

*E-mail’s will play a vital role and should be able to acknowledge it ASAP.
