Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Three years of accounting experience (preferred)
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation
• Manage payroll and employee benefits processing
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls and procedure
