The Information Technology Manager will oversee IMON’s IT operations, develop strategic plans to enhance technological capabilities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can align IT initiatives with business objectives, drive innovation, and maintain robust and secure IT infrastructure.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related certification.

– At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in leadership role.

– Professional certifications such as CCNP or higher, Windows Server Environments, are highly desirable.

– Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, operations, network protocols, hardware and software, backup and data recovery solutions.

– Strong project management skills, with experience in managing mid – large-scale IT projects.

– Experience with network security protocols and cloud computing best practices.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

– Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

– Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.

– Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus.

– Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies that align with IMON’s business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for technological advancements and digital transformation.
  1. Technology Solutions & Service Delivery
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the company and its client’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
  • Manage the deployment of customer-facing technologies, ensuring they meet quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance customer experience.
  • Innovation & Technology Assessment
  • Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and service enhancement.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and pilot programs to evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
  • Develop business cases for technology investments, highlighting benefits, risks, and ROI.
  1. IT Governance & Compliance
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company and customer data.
  • Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and utilization of resources.
  1. Project Management:

– Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

– Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, reduce costs and ensure successful project outcomes.

  1. Team Development & Vendor Management
  • Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to support IT operations and projects.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

– Prepare and present regular reports on network performance, incidents, and projects to senior management.
