DHL Guyana is seeking your skills to boost its Customer Services team.
We are searching for a new team member to work directly with our customers:
- Answering customer questions about the company, its logistics solutions and services
- Resolving customer concerns
Taking service requests and booking transactions - Processing shipping documentation
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Promoting DHL products and services
Academic qualifications: Minimum 5 CXC subjects Grade 3 and above; English and Mathematics compulsory.
Work experience: Minimum two years working with customers in an office environment; must be proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
