Description
The Office Assistant/ Courier will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and ensuring timely delivery of documents and packages within the office and to external locations.
Requirements
Education
- a) High School Diploma.
Experience
- a) Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Driver.
- b) Two (2) years in an office environment.
Required skills
- c) Strong organizational and time management skills.
- d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- e) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- f) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- g) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- a) Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- b) Courier Services: Deliver documents and packages to various locations within the office and externally, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- c) Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- d) Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and administrative tasks.
- e) Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
